Vyvercunae
The Vyvercunae are a race of Lunterra, though most tend to deny having any kinship with the latter, they are the current nation who has produced the most technological advancements and probably posses the most in military force. That being said, the Vyvercunae are one of the most efficient and well-organized of nations.
Vyvercunae society is a monarchy, possessing one Queen with several advisors as well as a circle of council that comprise of the Nation's Elders, preceded by a platoon of miniature governments in the farther regions of the Nation’s territory. Each Vyvercunae settlement are called ‘colonies’ and each ‘colony’ has a universal system of which the citizens must abide by. All children are sent to the colony’s ‘Nursery’ where they are then cared for by caretakers until they reach the age of 12 years, to which they are then sent to another facility within the colony that handles their education plan all the way up until adulthood; where they are then deployed depending on which job they’ve chosen depending upon their skill-set. All members of Vyvercunae society work, there are many jobs within the empire and all of them are important jobs.
This strict system within a system within a system is how the Vyvercunae nation has accomplished so much, but within these systems it can be difficult to have any semblance of freedom as you cannot just walk away from your duty to the empire and doing so is considered treason.
Though the Monarch decides how tight of a grip she wishes to have upon her subjects, there have been plenty of times where if an individual or group of individuals have decided to leave their respective colonies and form their own villages without any penalties from the empire. This is because the Monarchy does not feel that it is worth getting their tails tussled if a few citizens wish to leave, as they have much more important matters to attend to than worry over every single soul.
But even so, Vyvercunae society tends to shun those who wish to leave their colonies and live for themselves, as they see this as a selfish wish. The Vyvercunae nation are like one big community, they groom each other, take care of each others’ children, and are highly social and tight-knit. It is fairly common to call one another ‘brother’ or ‘sister’ whether they are blood related or not.
